Terraria and Don’t Starve tease boss-themed crossover

Two indie games are very popular to tempt new crossovers. Terraria and don’t starve seem to tease the new team who will see the boss of the game appearing in the other. Even though we don’t have specifics, it looks like the details will come soon, because the developers behind the two matches suggest a crossover will live a month next month.

However, until then, we don’t need much anymore. The official Terraria Twitter account gives a crossover first, sharing GIF from Don’T Starve which shows a giant eyeball that appears in the darkness above Wilson. It was almost certainly a reference to Cthulhu’s eyes, one of the first bosses encountered by Terraria players after starting a new world.

Terraria’s tweet also contains a link to the official Terraria forum, where we see a short developer post that shows GIF that says, “Good afternoon, Terraris! Just want to share fast updates on the things that have been done by the team. As we mentioned earlier, we do some things that focus on optimizing steam decks, and that work runs pretty well … outside it, you know how we always say that we finished adding content to Terraries? Well, about that … Oh, wait, sorry , the wrong game! Continue, nothing can be seen here … “

In return for Terraria’s original tweet, not Starve developers have their own teasers. GIF shows Deerclops – one of the bosses from don’t starve and not starving – walk through Biome Tundra in Terraria. So, at least, it seems Terraria and not starving preparing to exchange bosses, but of course, there might be more to this crossover than that.

Terraria has seen several crossovers over the past decade, offering crossover content from games such as the edge of the space, pirac pixels, worms 3, and Dungeon defenders 2. Terraria has even held a crossover with a real life drop, as many Yoyo companies appear in the game as weapon. We will notify you when specific details about this crossover are revealed, so stay here for more.
