Isher Judge Ahluwalia was an Indian financial expert, public approach scientist, and teacher. She was Chairperson Emeritus, Board of Governors, at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). She was granted India’s third most elevated non military personnel grant, Padma Bhushan in 2009. She was experiencing mind malignant growth for the past 10 months.
